Lynch backs drugs from Canada, calls for rules to protect public

Attorney General Patrick C. Lynch yesterday for the first time endorsed the new state law allowing licensing of Canadian pharmacies and called on Governor Carcieri and the Health Department to "write rules to protect the health and safety of the public."
