Import wrangling may become moot

A Canadian government official is threatening to turn off the spigot that gushes lower-cost prescription drugs to the United States, often via the Internet. Last week, Canadian Health Minister Ujjal Dosanjh said he will propose legislation to ban bulk exports of prescription drugs to the United States, a statement that did little but muddy the already murky issue of border-crossing medications.
