NAFDAC Apprehends Fake Vaccines Vendors

Two Government Health officials and a Medicine vendor have been arrested by a combined team of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Health Department, over the sale and administering of unregistered and substandard vaccines on unsuspecting patients.
A statement by NAFDAC, signed by Abubakar Jimoh, Head, Public Relations Unit, said the apprehension of the suspects followed a complaint received by the FCT health services department.
