Pharma firms fret over sophisticated fake medicines
Foreign pharmaceutical companies attending the meeting said they were finding it difficult to detect copycat drugs due to the increasingly enhanced technology of faking medicine.
Sanofi, a Vietnam-based French pharmaceutical company, has petitioned the Vietnam Health Ministry, citing two of its medicines that were counterfeited in the local market.
