Two N.C. men plead guilty in counterfeit Internet drugs case


ATLANTA Two North Carolina men pleaded guilty today in Atlanta federal charges stemming from a scheme to sell counterfeit prescription drugs over the Internet.

The U-S Attorney's Office says 40-year-old David A- Brady of Pinehurst pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud individuals seeking prescription drugs and to introduce into interstate commerce unapproved new drugs and adulterated new drugs. The office says 38-year-old David D- Johnson, also of Pinehurst, pleaded guilty to misprision of a felony for concealing criminal activity.
