State board claims area pharmacist illegally filled online prescriptions
A local pharmacist accused of having filled online prescriptions for people who never saw a doctor will have 30 days to request a hearing on his case, according to a state official.
Steven Holtel, who in addition to owning Stolz Drugs in Nelsonville chairs the Hocking College Board of Trustees, is the object of a complaint filed Thursday by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
