Eli Lilly issues new alert about fake and dangerous compounded weight loss injectables

Today Eli Lilly issued an open letter about dangerous counterfeit and compounded medications endangering patients. Good Morning America covered the story as well on its morning news. Lilly cited dangers related to cosmetic weight loss usage, inappropriate use by people under 18, the dangers of counterfeit products being sold through illegal online pharmacies, through research chemical channels, and on social media. They also warned of unsafely compounded versions of their product.
