What's happening?

The Florida legislature is currently considering two bills, HB 19 and SB 1528, that would open up the drug supply to drugs not inspected by the FDA and not protected by the Track and Trace system. As fake medicines made with fentanyl are flooding into America and in Florida, we cannot afford to weaken safety of the drug supply.

Many medicines come to Florida from unsafe sources like Pakistan, China, and Turkey and transshipped through Canada without ever entering the country. These are not inspected by Canada, and not approved by the FDA.

The proposed legislation would not even make the state of Florida liable for harm to patients, a sure sign that the sponsors know the legislation they are passing is unsafe.

Tell them that you don't want these unsafe medications in your medicine cabinet. Send a letter to the Governor and your Florida legislators right now.
