In September, the Partnership for Safe Medicines joined Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and Council for Affordable Health Coverage in filing a supplement to our 2021 Citizen's Petition asking the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services not to authorize Florida's Canadian Drug Importation Plan. The supplement addresses shortcomings in the most recent public version of Florida's proposal and points out that the state's lack of transparency has made it impossible for the public to submit informed comment.
