DRUGS: UN CALL FOR WAR ON ILLICIT INTERNET DRUG PEDDLING
Vienna, 14 April (AKI) – The illicit trade of controlled drugs through the Internet needs to be combated to thwart the increasing risk of misuse of such substances by children and adolescents, the UN World Health Organisation (WHO), International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol), Universal Postal Union (UPU) and Council of Europe warned on Thursday, in a joint statement.
